CP-180B — Self-Activating Organoclay

CP-180B has propylene carbonate (PC) pre-coated on the clay surface during manufacturing, eliminating the external polar activator step during dispersion.

Key Takeaway: Add CP-180B directly to the grind phase — no separate activator addition. Achieves thixotropic index ≥ 4.0 at 1 wt% in xylene at 25°C per internal QC protocol.
